1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an EVOLUX account, starting a trial, subscribing, using the website, downloading the desktop application, activating a licence, or accessing any EVOLUX service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. About EVOLUX

EVOLUX is an independently operated desktop management platform based in the United Kingdom. EVOLUX is designed for The Isle players and may include account organisation, launcher tools, dino tracking, map pins, licence validation, dashboard access, and future platform tools.

3. No Affiliation

EVOLUX is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to The Isle, Afterthought LLC, Steam, Valve, or any other third-party game, platform, publisher, or developer. All third-party names, trademarks, game content, and references remain the property of their respective owners.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an EVOLUX account, start a trial, or enter into a subscription agreement.

5. Invite-Only Access

EVOLUX access is currently invite-only. A valid access code may be required before creating an account, starting a trial, or accessing protected services. EVOLUX may refuse, revoke, disable, or expire access codes at any time.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. You must not share your account, licence key, protected download access, dashboard access, or subscription access with other users. EVOLUX may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that appear to be misused, shared, abused, compromised, resold, or used in breach of these terms.

7. Trials and Subscriptions

EVOLUX may offer a 7-day free trial. Payment details may be required before starting the trial. After the trial ends, subscriptions automatically renew at the advertised monthly price unless cancelled before the next billing date. You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription before renewal.

8. Licence Keys

Licence keys are issued for personal authorised use only and remain the property of EVOLUX. Licence keys must not be sold, shared, sublicensed, transferred, published, leaked, redistributed, or used by multiple users or devices in breach of platform licensing rules. EVOLUX may revoke, deactivate, reset, or restrict licence access where misuse, sharing, abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected.

9. Device Activation Rules

EVOLUX licences may be limited to a defined number of device activations. Attempting to bypass activation limits, spoof device identity, share activations, manipulate licence checks, or avoid subscription validation may result in suspension, licence reset, or permanent revocation.

10. Downloads and Software

EVOLUX downloads are provided only to eligible users with active trial, subscription, or licence access. The software may receive updates, changes, fixes, security improvements, or feature adjustments over time. EVOLUX may restrict access to outdated, modified, tampered, or unauthorised versions of the software.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse EVOLUX, interfere with platform security, bypass licence validation, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, patch, crack, tamper with, automate abuse against, scrape, exploit vulnerabilities in, overload, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with EVOLUX systems, APIs, desktop software, website, billing systems, downloads, or infrastructure.

12. Prohibited Redistribution

You must not copy, sell, resell, redistribute, upload, leak, mirror, share, repackage, or make available any EVOLUX installer, executable, source code, assets, licence keys, protected downloads, private tools, or paid features without written permission from EVOLUX.

13. Security and Abuse Monitoring

EVOLUX may monitor licence validation, device activation, login activity, payment status, download access, and API usage to protect the platform from abuse, fraud, account sharing, licence sharing, unauthorised access, or security threats.

14. Payments and Billing

Payments, subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, invoices, and payment methods may be handled through a third-party billing provider such as Stripe. EVOLUX does not directly store full payment card details. Billing access may be restricted if a payment fails, is disputed, refunded, cancelled, or marked as fraudulent.

15. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the EVOLUX Refund Policy. Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by applicable law. EVOLUX may refuse refunds where there is evidence of abuse, licence sharing, misuse, excessive usage, chargeback abuse, or breach of these terms.

16. Availability and Changes

EVOLUX is provided on an ongoing development basis. Features may be added, changed, improved, removed, limited, paused, or temporarily unavailable. We aim to keep the platform stable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

17. Third-Party Services

EVOLUX may rely on third-party services for payments, email delivery, security checks, hosting, analytics, game platform interaction, or infrastructure. EVOLUX is not responsible for downtime, changes, restrictions, account issues, or service failures caused by third-party providers.

18. User Data and Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any important data where applicable. EVOLUX is not responsible for data loss caused by user error, device failure, third-party issues, software changes, account termination, or misuse of the platform.

19. Intellectual Property

EVOLUX branding, logos, interface designs, website design, software design, written content, custom assets, platform systems, and original EVOLUX materials are owned by EVOLUX or its operator. You may not copy, imitate, reproduce, redistribute, or use EVOLUX materials without permission.

20. Limitation of Liability

EVOLUX is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVOLUX is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, account issues with third-party platforms, game-related issues, downtime, payment provider issues, data loss, device issues, misuse of the service, or unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep account details secure.

21. Termination

EVOLUX may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, abuses the platform, attempts to bypass licence systems, shares protected access, creates security concerns, disputes payments abusively, attempts to crack or redistribute software, or engages in conduct that harms EVOLUX or its users.

22. Changes to These Terms

EVOLUX may update these terms when needed. Continued use of EVOLUX after changes are published means you accept the updated terms. The latest version will be available on this page.

23. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under the applicable courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
